Born From Frustration, Built With Purpose
INITIATIVE was founded by a team of experienced business consultants, accountants, and tech professionals who saw a common problem: UAE entrepreneurs were forced to juggle multiple service providers one for company formation, another for accounting, and yet another for tax compliance.
The result was fragmented advice, accountability gaps, and businesses that were technically set up but operationally unready. We built INITIATIVE to solve exactly that.
