Professional fees are set out in your engagement letter or invoice. Government fees, bank charges, and third-party costs are additional and payable at cost. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for delays, rejections, or outcomes caused by government authorities, banks, regulatory bodies, or third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the professional fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We treat all client information as confidential. Information is only shared with government authorities, banks, or third parties when necessary to deliver the services you have requested, or when required by law.
